Somethings you have to hold your hands up
and say I just aint playing well.
I also though if i followed the below principles I would have won about 1/3rd more than what I have done the last 2 years.
Do not player poker if :-
1) You have something planned that evening and are trying to make a quick buck to pay for it.
2) If you are stressed and have worked late (just watch tv or something)
3) You just have gone deep and got a bad beat late on in a multi do not load up cash.
Went to York yesterday as th enag I have a % in was running and he ran decent after a slow start for 5th or 6th. However, I cant remember backing a horse winner since Cheltneham and lost £500 again yesterday.
Poker going poor also - about £2k down on actual play in month although small profit due to CPC cash.
Lets hope things take a turn for the up shortly.

Tonights set up
FFS is Betfair going to set me up every week?
Played well in the 125K tonight - 32 left 18 paid = 18th 1200$.
I have 20k and call a raise in position with JJ - flop AJ3 he checks i bet 1/2 pot he calls. He checks I now think he could have AA but cant get away from this as no info on him and thought he could play AK the same - i bet he jams i call he has AA of course.
played 16k for 3 hrs also then lost race with 30 left versus absolute shite call.
Another good everning - also lost £500 cash am

MULTI RUN CONTINUES LOL
2 games tonight both Betfair 16k and 5k gtd.
Both games get decent stack and run KK into AA.
Trying to qualify to the 125k gtd on Sun 10 left 2 seats - I am going well - if i run KK into AA Betfair is getting deleted :D EDIT qualified including AK spiking K on river v QQ
Promised I would not watch it but new series of Big Brother looks a howl - may have to have selected viewing (sad) !!

RESPECTING THE GAME AGAIN
OK so I listened to my own post.
I basically slowed right down - played a few freerolls to respect the game again - stop trying to make a quick buck etc (a kind of mini punishment)
I then play NL over last 3 nights and make back the £1500 I had dropped but then see what i consider a fish on 20 40 fixed limit and loose £600 to him so still in a bit of a hole.
However, confirmed my CPC pacakge today so I am definately booked and received the difference between £10K EUR and £10k$ pacakge in my accounts and then also 2k$ of the 10k$ package was cash also - I had not counted these figure previous so they go in the profit column and give me a bit of a roll to play with again.
For any grinders out there - Crapto have loads of freerolls on MPPs into events like CPS sats 40k sats etc.
I just spoke with Brennan on MSN and if i was full time 1 2 NL I would deffo play them.
Basically the 40k costs £120 to enter - I reckon the freeroll is 6 seats gtd with 180 runners so an average player wins 1 in 30 - lets assume you are above average then 1 in 20. This is 20* 50 mpps = £120 entry for every 1000 mpps - good value in my book and hopeful helpful for some readers.
For people who turn noses up at freerolls then I won over 8000$ dollars from them last year

JUNE POKER (DANGER ZONE)
1 day in -£1500.
Just lost huge cash pot with 66 on AJ6 flop most in on flop and rest in on J turn - was on Laddies so does not turn hands over but river ace new I had lost anyway (he had AJ)
Have less than average stack in 125K on Betfair and spent 00s trying to qualify for ECOOPS tonight and lost race after race.
I am not in a good place at the moment (head wise) and some wise words from Azimut on last post - need to make sure dont go off the rails. I have not tilted just had loads of horrid situations I have not got awy from like over pairs v sets etc.
Anyway I don't have any roll left so back to basics as paid a bit off mortgage - It effects how you play so don't know where I am going from here at the moment - might just play a few games to go back to basics and respect the game again.
Well done to BluffDaddy winning a 100K gtd last night - awesome player on an awesome roll
