WHERE HAS THE INFUX OF "PEASENTS" COME FROM !!
Stole the peasant statement from Punterz, one of his favourite put downs I believe but really appropriate in current situation.
I don't mind at all people playing at lower stakes, I will be there very soon and this is good for game. However, almost every time i sit down on stars on a NL600 table there are a few decent stacks initially, however 3 of last 4 tables have ended up with me and 5 other people playing 120$ - it is so fkin annoying and really pishes me off that it happens. I genuinely think sites should up min BB to at least 40 on all tables, as so many of these muppets spoiling the game.
They probably all watched the same video but they cant be doing it fr rake or rakeraces either as they just shove all in. Just go to bingo with your grans you bunch of .....................

GETTING DESTROYED
Have been playing 3 6 NL and just seem to get it in bad all the time (as opposed to getting sucked out on all time as was case in latter half of 09).
Really stuggling with what to do next as it all seems to have gone wrong poker wise recently and i note the interesting comment below that there is not just me finding it harder !!
Maybe its time for low stakes to build confidence and if lose there then its genuinly all over???????

1sT FINAL TABLE OF YEAR .... :(
Unfortunately lasted 2 hands..............
Made final table despite a couple of bad beats on way although i did win a race !!!!
Anywhere the big cash is in top 3 on *s and I came 9th of 331.
I open shoved in a hand that if I win I got 3rd which was 3.6k$, to be honest was pleased to be racing but could not hit despite picking up all the flush outs on turn as well.

I had a bad day on cash though and below return of 500$ covers about a third of it. No sob stories and probably made a bad call on one hand, for some reason i find the standard on 3 6 NL on Laddies increasing lately.

EDIT - cashed in warm up but for peanuts when 4oo something fr 300 and odd $ or 120$ profit.!!

2010 AIMS AND TARGETS
1) Stick to what I am statistically profitable at (6 max NLHE and multis) while at the same time reading / watching videso about PLO to understand game better.
2) If not winning in first 6 months of year then to really reduce play to "social" in latter half of year when little one comes along.
3) Talk about cash hands more with a couple of local pros.
4) Do not lay back stake on Betfair on bets, I have had some great long term bets that I have layed and layed and layed to all green rather than redeposit.
5) Aim to win 12K in year and 9 months profitable (much reduced target versus last year due to downturn in last 6 months).
6) Much more disciplined note taking at cash, building up much better profiles for decision making than I have previous.
No big targets or aims in live MTT, I decided after Macau and EPO last year when I made no mistakes that if it is going to be your day it will be but in hands of gods and have to win at least 80-20s that i have constantly lost in them this year and need to start winning some races also.
