300 HANDS OF ABSOLUTE PAIN
Oh my :(
Worst nights cash session of the year, to be fair had been running well and was probably due bit ran absolutely sick at NL1000 and PL1000 tonight losing over 3500$ in a 2 hr session.
2 biggest pots were AA v KK all in on 933 flop and he spikes K for 2.2k$
Then all in at PLO with AAxx v 2345 1 suited who gets there with trips and flush.
Had been close to waithdrawing some cash to get somthing nice - oh well !!!
As I say was probably due as had been well above EV lately and hopefully not the start of another 6 months of pain !!!!
I still aint made it to 20000 cash hands for year on *s (I only 2 table) and I did over this is Dec alone, however volume aint ever been my model and been playing a lot more multis again. Should get there in March and will post stats ytd. For now I have included todays depressing graph* !!!

JOHNNY FOLEY
Name of my new nag (well 2.5% of it) replacing the 5% lease i had in a donkey !!!
Picture included and came 2nd in its 1st UK race which was a NH flat race at Plumpton today, aint seen it yet but sounds semi promising run but you never know in these type of races as could be all donks behind. Longer term investment hopefully will make into a decent chaser and give me some ownership excitement over winter months when Fol Hollow is on jollies.

NOT QUITE A CRUISE
Had a bash at qualifying for Laddies cruise in Jan tonight and won a 50 sat into the 400 final with 1 seat with 16 runners and 3 other cash prizes.
I chip led it down to 8 people but then someone else doubled up and I started to fall back in the pack and was 5th of 6 before below hand. Cash prizes were pretty decent so was keen to get 4th upwards (£500-£1200) but obviously going for the main prize. (4K£ package)
I raise into the BB and he shoves when he could have made plain reraise, was pretty certain my AQ was in front so snapped and delighted to see AJ, this pot to go clear 2nd and a flop of KTx and i no longer want to hit my queen which promptly arrived on turn/ Field wasn't great and was pretty confident would have gone on to have a big chance :(
In better news i sucked out v a cardrunners pro for stacks at NL1000$ with 3 outer but played bad apart from this hand in a table i should have left earlier as mega strong and in end won enough to cover multis only.

PORTUGAL - ALBUFEIRA
Gets a big thumbs up. (with 1 day left).
Booked this when skintish in Jan so the Mrs could have a weeks holiday before she was no longer able to fly (now 6 months). It was a mega cheapie as such at £220 each for the week including flights and accomodation so I didnt have high expectations. However, place is very nice 4* and i really like the old town part of Albufeira which is very relaxes and picturesque. However, it is a cry out of middle age when like old town much better than livelier strips !!!
Anyway weather was ok and could sit out in sun and then on 1st day I found a bar saying they would have Cheltenham on so I was sorted for week as sky sports is everywhere. SO pretty much been in a daily routine of sit out in sun, go out for beers and races in afternoon, few hands NL on *s on nighttime at a profit then evening meal and bet - then repeat.
However my wifes e mail account got hacked ending up with her sending e mail to her whole address book of some German porn link. Address book included her dad, boss and FD !!! However, this did worry me about connection and i mailed stars to freeze account (which I hope is ok) as more than a few $ in after 3 out of 4 winning sessions in the week.
Weather turned to shit today so looks like watching live footy all day tomorrow then home Sun. Cheltenham has been a disaster although the fact I have been away has limited bets which is a good thing.
Anyway my wifes porn experience gos in at number 3 on my lifetime funnies on porn stakes.

We changed our bank last year to first direct for some offset mortgage thing and one of the first times my wife logged on to the account she missed the r out in the first word and got a very graphic banking picture :D

One of my old time favourite stories that is absolute gold, although cuplprit should remain nameless although is one of my best mates (honest!!). He had discovered porn but had clicked on some link where he paid £1 a minute or something and phone bill came with a £15 call on that mother asked what it was. I think he tryed to spin some tipping line yarn but the mum rung it up and found out was an adult line. Anyway she assembled the men of the house in the kitchen and asked who had done it. My mate says just loud enough for the mpther to hear "its OK dad I will take the wrap for it" and that was that :D
Years later he described the reasoning to me, whey hes a bloke isn't he and aint very good technically so he probably go's on so was a good bet. Moral of the story - if you do an all in bluff on the river - make sure you have some reasoning / logic behind it :D

DOWNSWING
As if by magic downswing started after the last post.
Had one more go at spin up on PP at PLO 1000 and lost what I had despite getting most in pre with AAxx v KK22 (flopped K), also lost a couple of buy ins last few days on *s at NL1000, one when got it in terrible with AQ v AA pre flop (my bad).
Then last night played Sunday Millions and after good start got in a v big pot versus Daniel Negrandu who was to my left, basically he spiked king when we were all in pre me QQ versus his AK.
Writing this from Portugal where we arrived yesterday to nice weather and I on the hunt tonight for bars which will show the Cheltenham festival for rest of week, had a few tip offs so sounds promising.
